Our systems are highly automated, so order cancellations are rarely successful. Once an order is placed, we immediately transmit it to the nearest brand/distributor warehouse for fulfillment to ensure inventory availability and fast shipping.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund right then and there. However, if your purchase has already shipped, please refuse shipment or return the unopened package to us for a refund.
