How can I cancel my order?

  • Our systems are highly automated, so order cancellations are rarely successful. Once an order is placed, we immediately transmit it to the nearest brand/distributor warehouse for fulfillment to ensure inventory availability and fast shipping.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund right then and there. However, if your purchase has already shipped, please refuse shipment or return the unopened package to us for a refund.
